Problem: outdated gutters not functioning properly.
The old gutters were severely outdated and in poor condition. Additionally, expansion joints were missing. As a result, the gutters could not move with temperature differences (warm and cold), which eventually led to cracks and leaks.
Solution: complete replacement including expansion joints
To solve the problem structurally, we have:
- A total of 80 meters of mast guttering completely replaced
- New, sturdy gutter brackets installed
- The gutters are fitted with expansion joints to allow for movement.
- All rainwater drains renewed
Thanks to this approach, the gutters can now expand and contract without damage, significantly extending their lifespan and preventing future leaks.
