The situation before the work
The existing roof dome was outdated and showed signs of wear, which could lead to leaks and heat loss. Additionally, the dome no longer met current requirements regarding insulation and sustainability.
Our approach
Our team carefully removed the old roof dome and thoroughly prepared the substrate. Next, we installed a new skylight, finished it to be completely watertight, and connected it perfectly to the existing roof covering.
Extra attention has been paid to the sealing and insulation, ensuring the roof is once again optimally protected against all weather conditions.
